RUN TECHNIQUE WORKSHOPS
This 2 hour workshop will cover the basic video analysis of you running, some simple to understand biomechanics of running, dynamic stretches and running drills; why and when to use them. ONE ON ONE VIDEO ANALYSIS
One on one video analysis includes assessment of your running gait in an outdoor setting (as opposed to treadmill analysis). INDIVIDUALISED RUN PROGRAM
A running program needs to be suited to you. An individualised program is developed after a consultation and work towards a certain goal/event. Minimum program is 8 weeks. Group sessions are conducted on a periodic basis in locations around Melbourne. We currently have a junoir squad on Thursday mornings at George Knott Reserve, Clifton Hill. The session includes warm up, running drills, main set of intervals, hills or fartlek and warm down. It is a one hour session, catered to all levels.
